There will be a meeting next week, Friday 3rd April at 02.30pm in Dunearn. Meet Concourse first. The Agenda of this meeting is about the Student Leadership Camp. For AOB, anyone is allowed to brought forth their AOB issues. ALL of the JA is a MUST to come for this meeting. The meeting is called upon by Hariz, Wei Quan and Asraf. Secondary 2 Camp 2009

To all JA going for the Sec 2 Camp,

Please meet in school on Monday, 9th March 2009, at 11.30AM for a meeting to settle on the logistics of the camp, sorting out of the camp T-shirts and other minor things. Also another reminder for the Top 8 (P, VP, Sect/Treasurer, Event. Recruitment & Photography), there is a meeting with the Main Alumni at the conference room in the evening @ 6PM.
  • Germaine & Celine are to take their picture for the Lanyard.
  • Harrison to bring the USB Cable for immediate transfer of the picture.
  • Everyone is to pay $3 for the Lanyard to the treasurer.
  • Recruitment is to prepare the JA list for the treasurer.

On 10th March 2009, the bus will set off at 2.30PM to the campsite for the recce, all JA members going for the recce please assemble in school at 1.30PM. All JA to be attired in:
  • T-shirt
  • Track Pants/Jeans
  • Shoes

Junior Alumni Fund

To all JA,

As you can see from the title, there will be a Junior Alumni fund. With this fund, we would be able to use the money for our own purposes like buying stuff that we would need and this fund can be used as a capital for our fund raising events. With that, all of us would have to pay a minimum amount of $2 each term meeting. This means that during evey term meeting, each of us would have to pay $5 with will be then deposited into our JA fund. Our next term meeting is on the Satuday, 18th April 2009. So, please bring the money on that day. Please be considerate by not forgeting to bring it. This will make it easier for your treasurers.
